I'm investing in twino for several years and the experience has been close to perfect!

Es gibt kaum Infos über die Maßnahmen zur Rückgewinnung ausgefallener Kredite. Als Anleger fühle ich mich hier nicht mehr sicher!

Loan Securities: As far as it concerns loans securities experience is good, although it lacks offerings from other countries than PL, thus one has to manage part of portfolio elsewhere for diversification. Concerning defaulted loans (VN, PH), it is a mess. I do not see them properly reflected in statements so I cannot account losses when I will pay tax. Primary market: It has always securities to offer. Interest rates are ok. Secondary market: it is much appreciated thanks to the zero fees. Cashback campaigns: rules lately have become tricky, not really appreciated by investors, comparing to the past and what other platforms offer. Loyalty bonus: Not existing and it is makes me really sad. Other platforms are offering up to 2% for loyalty. Referral campaigns: These are broadly advertised but when new investors try to understand the terms, outdated information (e.g. pages still refer to past campaigns and rules, not current ones) gets in the way. Cashout: all good. No delays.

I had a small sum of British pounds which I invested over 3 years ago to learn about Twino and P2P loans. My returns are steady in line of my expectations. Information and feedback is good. Although I never withdrew any of my funds, there is no signal or reason that they are not safe. I plan to invest more in euro's in the near future.

Mi experiencia es muy buena. Tengo un buen tiempo invertiendo en Twino y tengo muy buenas ganancias. Voi a seguir invertiendo e poner mas dinero allí. Cuando necesitaba ayuda me contestaba enseguida. Gracias por la plataforma y por la oportunidad que tenemos.

Tengo problemas para acceder a la plataforma de inversión y no responden los emails. Me indica que el usuario o contraseña no es válido, pero si lo es. Intento recuperar la contraseña y el email para hacerlo no llega nunca, tampoco a spam. Les escribes a su email y no responden nunca. Solo te queda la opción de llamarles por teléfono, pero al no saber su idioma, es imposible para mí. Pues nada, aquí va una mala reseña a ver si así responden.

Ive been member since 2023, I put my money in real states and since then I don't receive 0.01 euro, everything is stuck, they don't tell me anything about what's going one, why I don't receive nothing, the loan I think is stuck, no updates, nothing, worst p2p ever. I try to sell also in second market but it's complety impossible. Avoid any at any cost

I’ve had a very negative experience with Twino over the past couple of years. I’ve been unable to sell my assets on the secondary market for over 5 months, which effectively locks my funds without any clear resolution in sight. Even worse, I haven't seen any investment returns for 2 years, which completely defeats the purpose of using the platform. Twino’s handling of real estate investments is especially troubling — no updates, no transparency, and no reports. It feels like investors are being kept in the dark, which is completely unacceptable. Customer service has been another source of frustration. The attitude is far from client-oriented, and responses are painfully slow, often taking weeks — if they come at all. It’s clear that investor concerns are not a priority. I cannot recommend Twino based on my experience. There are other platforms that offer far better communication, performance, and transparency. Proceed with caution.

Good option to lose your money. The worst service ever.

Buyback guarantee does not guarantee anything. Several loans defaulted and Twino has not compensated since 2022.

Ungenügender Kundenservice! Ich habe den Kundenservice mehrfach angeschrieben. Leider erhalte ich keine Antwort. Spam Ordner ebenfalls kontrolliert. Fehlanzeige! Seit neuen kann ich nach dem Einloggen nicht mehr meine Investitionen checken bzw. Hoch und runter scrollen. Immer wieder gibt es bei Twino Probleme. Ich bin seit einigen Jahren investiert und kann jeden nur raten hier nicht zu investieren bzw. sein Investment zu beenden.

Bank account at Twino hacked. Email and origin IBAN changed with no notification sent or proper validation done. Proceeding to authorities and doing complaints. Twino is not a platform to be trusted

Twino beendet die Geschäftsbeziehung weil meine Geldquellen angeblich "suspekt" sind. Es sind normale Überweisungen von MEINEM Unternehmen (Gehaltszahlungen) Nachdem ich Twino nicht meine Geschäftspartner & Verträge, Rechnungen o.Ä offen legen wollte, wurde die Beziehung beendet. Ich habe mit meinen Geschäftspartnern eine strikte Geheimhaltungsklausel Ich kann die Entscheidung nicht verstehen und kann nur von Twino abraten.

Auf TWINO bin ich seit 2016 investiert und sie gehört zu den ältesten P2P Plattformen in meinem Portfolio. Aktuell habe ich ca. 15.000 EUR investiert und meine Rendite beträgt 11,37% (nachlesbar unter passives-einkommen-mit-p2p.de). Seit geraumer Zeit bereits, lasse ich mir die Zinsen monatlich auszahlen und habe so ein kleines Nebeneinkommen etabliert. TWINO hatte seine Höhen und Tiefen und ist heute eine gestandene und regulierte P2P Plattform. Was mir nicht gefällt ist die Tatsache, dass man doch einen starken Polen-Fokus hat, ein regulatorisch schwieriger Markt seit Jahren. Auch wenn man hier gefestigt scheint, hinterlässt das immer noch ein ungutes Gefühl. Auch vom Ukraine-Krieg ist man betroffen, zahlt jedoch als eine der wenigen P2P Plattformen die Schulden Stück für Stück zurück. Alles in allem eine gute Plattform, die man durchaus im Portfolio haben kann.

I have a portfolio with them. Performance is really poor, as is their reporting. Some functionalities are not working for months. New products like real estate loans seem very risky. Replies to questions and concerns are probably done by very inexperienced employees. Not recommendable at all. I am experienced in this field (25+years) and wanted to test some diversification of my personal portfolio. Believe me: this was by far the poorest of 10 tests I ran with different p2p lenders.

Leider kann mit der Auto-Invest Funktion nicht sinnvoll diversifiziert werden. - Fehlender min/max EUR Betrag pro Kreditpaket. Die Diversifizierung innerhalb des Kreditpaketes mit ein paar Kreditnehmern dahinter, ist nicht ausreichend. Support antwortet darauf mit langen copy&paste-Texten, ohne das Problem verstehen / zugeben zu wollen. Tenor: Bei uns ist doch alles super, nur Du blöder investor kapierst es noch nicht.

Llevo Unos meses en la plataforma y por ahora todo correcto y con los pagos al día. Seguiré invirtiendo más en esta plataforma.

It is not possible to take back my money (russian investments and infinitive extensions loans)

I have been a customer for more than 2 years. Firstly they never answer there calls. Then if you deposit over a certain amount they want evidence where it came from and then years later ( 2 be exact ) they suddenly want bank statements showing where the money came from and how it was earned along with Payslips etc. So if you are self employeed you are screwed. It is ridiculous. Every time you want to deposit money you get an email asking for proof of stuff. Even after providing they will ask again the next time you deposit just a 1000 euros. I can get a CC from the bank easier with less hassle than the paperwork ( which has been send a couple of time before ) being requested again and again. And forget about them answering calls to there call centre. It just rings and rings. Only got three stars due to money growing nicely.

Been investing on Twino 2 years now, the returns are great and customer support very friendly and responsive. Can only recommend if you want to invest in p2p.

Bad experience, i deposit 100 euro to give them a try, I received a mail with the confirmation of the deposit. I went to check the dashboard and i did not see my money. Tried to talk with the costumer support but not answer, i hope they are going to read this bad rate experience and find a way to get my money back

This company is withholding 1000£ of MY money without giving me any explanation as to why my withdrawal request has been processing for 1 month now. Any recommendations on what to do about it?

Update (reply to TWINO): that is a lie, you only got back to me and gave me an explanation 5 days ago now, and still managed to mess up the next withdrawal of funds, splitting the transaction fees with me although your policy is to fully pay for them yourselves. Definitely the worst experience so far in P2P lending. Original post: Worst P2P Lending platform I have used (and I have used 5 different ones). I submitted a withdrawal request 2 weeks ago and still did not receive the money in my account. I have almost 1000£ on my account that I don´t know when i´ll be able to get back. Voice customer service is not active in the UK even though they make a phone number available (no agents on the line, ever), email customer service takes at least a week to answer your queries, and in-app customer service is a weak bot that seems to have only 2 or 3 answers programmed in it.
