I’ve been investing on Fagura for several years and overall my experience has been positive. Returns have been solid and the platform offers interesting opportunities for investors. Recently I had a situation where the communication could have been clearer at the beginning, but after further discussion the team reviewed the case and handled it fairly. I appreciate that they were willing to listen and reconsider. For me the important point is that as the platform continues to grow, I would like to see further development in customer support and more efficient communication with investors. These aspects are very important for building long-term trust. Overall I remain a satisfied investor and I hope the platform continues to grow and improve.

invest asap to get the interest faster

Session expires every day, even though it's an app, so have to log in again with 2fa every day, and it tells yoy about the expired session only after filling in login credentials. Very annoying. Also, the app refuses to exit when i prsss the back button on my phone, i have to use task manager to switch to another app.

nu mă pot loga din motiv că la password input, nu știu ce fel de input este, căci nu îmi propune să o aleg parola din password manager că în celelalte aplicații. E evident că lumea nu mai memorizează parolele și se bazează pe password managers

If you are an investor, invest here with great risk. The company, even if it claims the opposite, does not intervene at all in the return of money by legal means in the case of debtors. Everything boils down to discussions and phone calls, until they simply sell your debt to collectors for nothing. This, at least in my case - 100% inactivity, even if I asked them for explanations during a whole year. 0% protection/legal actions for debt recovery. There are debts for more than 1 year, without legal measures filed. And it is not a singular case. Otherwise, the idea is good, the platform works with small exceptions that are again related to the administrators' inactions. The moment I see at least a real attempt to return the debts, an investors' chat where it is possible to openly discuss the problems that arise, updating the debtors' information at least once a month - then I will change my opinion. All this has been said for a long time, but absolutely nothing is done.

Easy platform. Very comfortable, very nice possibility to invest.

Good expirience, but there are some points which could make the app more comfortable. A filter for secondary market in mobile app for example. It exists in desktop version, but do not work quite propperly. Also, you can't see the monthly revenue, when entering in details of the offers on secondary market.

This company has a bright future. First of all the people behind it are smart and target oriented, they are transparent and this is important for every investor. The company achieved their goals and tripled the investments in 2021. Good luck for 2022, we will be with you.
