Long delay, but it seems they are doing their best to recover. Definitly not a scam company and hopping they can recover all funds to investors. Still investing my small balance with caution.

STAY AWAY, there is no transparency, they're not regulated by central banks, and they don't stick to their own policies, which they also change as they please (such as the payback period or the pending payments who remain there forever). No liquidity or repayments at all. I've stopped all investments since 4 months, and in that time I've been able to withdraw just 2% of my entire investment value, even though my maximum investment duration was only 9 months (so the pending duration of the average loan would be much below that). I've been a customer since 4-5 years, and the current situation is really dire.

Surprised to get such message. Friendly, proffesional messaging and of course, bonus for acting was a cherry on top.

I have to share my worry about this promotion over summer promotion. It seems a little strange because the other p2p platforms do not offer such a thing. Thank you.

I hope that this review brings some transparency so that you can make more informed decisions about your possible future investments. Lendermarket has unilaterally introduced “pending payments” and therefore decided to break the terms of the agreement made. This has severely affected my liquidity. Recently they have started to return a part of the owed amount but they have not provided any transparency as to when they intend to sort the situation. Here is the evolution of the cumulative percentage that they returned of the amount that they owe to me since Nov 2023: Nov 23 - 1% Dec 23 - 1% Jan 24 - 1% Feb 24 - 5% Mar 24 - 11% Apr 24 - 27% May 24 - 35% Jun 24 - 42% Jul 24 - 51% Aug 24 - 51% In other words, they owe me 49% of the amount they should have paid back in 2023. I am happy to provide evidence to trustpilot if requested. For full transparency, I shall update this review with an evolution of these values. I hope the situation improves.

Initial review (2024): Some improvement, finally... I have been vocal about Pending Payments and the issue is still not fully resolved, that said the team is making efforts and deserves a chance: - they have acknowledged that the amount of PP was not acceptable - communication has improved massively with more honesty and transparency - solutions are being implemented to pay back the PP from LM1 - PP (for now) are not an issue on LM2 Trust will take time to rebuild but it is normal to recognise the positive uptick, bearing in mind that so far there has been 0 default on LM. The new LM2 interface remains poor and has lost some useful features from LM1, but one thing at a time I guess. If improvements confirm, I will update the review, of course if they do not... Update (2025): I am glad to say that LM is back on track. The new platform works fine, payments are done swiftly, pending payments issues have disappeared, and customer service is improving. Well done, and keep going!

It's easy to use

Wie viele andere hier warte auch ich seit über 9 Monaten auf die Zahlung von pending payment! Die letzte Zahlung erfolgte im Januar 2024 und seitdem ist nichts mehr passiert! Inzwischen machen die pending payments mehr als 92% meines Portfolios aus. Ich kann nicht einmal mehr auf die Details der pending payment (noch unter Lendermarket V1) zugreifen, da ein Fehler 403 angezeigt wird. Der Kundenservice von Lendermarket ist nicht existent, es handelt sich nur um automatisierte Antworten (Chatbot), es wird keine Hilfe angeboten. Ich würde niemandem raten, auf dieser Plattform zu investieren, lassen Sie sich nicht von den Cashback-Aktionen täuschen, etc. NACHTRAG : Das ist genau die Art von Antwort, die das Vertrauen in Lendermarket komplett schwinden lässt! Ich habe 5 E-Mails an die Adresse support(at)lendermerket.com geschickt und nur automatisierte Nachrichten erhalten! Vor allem aber habe ich seit meiner letzten Nachricht noch keinen Cent von meinen Pending Payments zurückbekommen.

Una estafa en toda regla. Tengo retenidos en pagos pendientes 9000€ desde hace un año. Las liberaciones de dinero son irrisorias, en mi caso durante el mes de Agosto no ha llegado ni a 50€. Es la peor plataforma con diferencia que he probado. Huid de ella __________ EDITO tras respuesta de LENDEMARKET: La opinion es totalmente cierta, es más, se avala por el resto de opiniones en donde inversores como yo están sufriendo exactamente los mismos problemas. Desde Septiembre 2023 las inversiones vencidas están bloqueadas y simplemente se liberan cantidades de dinero mínimas. En mi caso, teniendo 8000€ invertidos, lo cuales todos han vencido y deberían estar en mi bolsillo he recibido lo siguiente durante 2024: Enero 0€ Febrero 0€ Marzo 0€ Abril 700€ Mayo 400€ Junio 400€ Julio 450€ Agosto 0€ Septiembre 100€ En total, algo más de 2000€ de los 8000€ que me debían. Ahora en Septiembre se cumple un año de esta situación.

Estafa TOTAL, dinero bloqueado en "Pagos pendientes" durante años. No tienen teléfono para comunicarte con ellos, y los e-mail nunca contestan. Eso si, mandarte publicidades de ofertas para que ingreses mas dinero si hacen. Maldita la hora que me hablaron de esta pagina. Si alguien se anima a denuncia conjunta desde España, que cuente comingo.

I have been investing with Lendermarket for 3 years now investing up to €9000 at one point. But for the last 2 years every single loan from Creditstar has gone to pending payments and the 30 day buyback guarantee is more like "we pay you back when we feel like it." I've spend the last 2 years withdrawing money as they come in at a slow trickle, but after 2 years of this there is still some €4700 remaining in the account. Don't invest with Lendermarket.

The platform's website has a minimalist design, which I really like. All the necessary information is easily accessible, and I did not encounter any problems during registration or investing. The platform is an excellent tool for investing, both for beginners and experienced investors.

Llevo usando la plataforma desde 2020. Cuando he querido retirar fondos llevo un año con la mayor parte de mi inversión como pagos pendientes bloqueados a pesar de tener la garantía de recompra. Cuando me pongo en contacto con el soporte, me responden con correos genéricos. Liberan pagos cada tres semanas pero es un porcentaje muy pequeño respecto a los pagos pendientes, durante el mes de agosto me han devuelto un 0,25% de los pagos pendientes. A este ritmo recuperaría mis fondos dentro de 30 años...

Tras más de DOS AÑOS intentando retirar mis 3000€, me han dado 300€. Si si, como lo oís. El 10% de mi inversión en años. DE RISA, y cuando escribo al soporte encima me responden tarde y con aires chulescos. Por favor no metáis vuestro dinero aquí, es un esquema PONZI en toda regla. ¡HUID!

Testé et pas approuvé. Le système est très opaque avec en plus des fonds dispersés sur leurs 2 plateformes. Tout est incompréhensible et la disponibilité des fonds est critique. A part un tout petit retarit aucun argent n'est disponible alors que j'ai stoppé les réinvestissements automatiques. Le site est à l'étranger et on comprend pourquoi. Les recours semblent très compliqués. Le meilleur conseil est de ne pas utiliser ce genre de plateformes.

Invested some time ago. My funds were stuck in pending payments for long time but finally I have been able to pay out the pending payments.

Edit 27. august 24. Upon several requests they deleted my account as requested. Thanks. I've changed the rating of this review from 1 to 3 starts. Original post: Impossible to delete account I asked them several times to delete my account. They keep sendig me a link to a google form, which does not work, because it requieres me to sign in with my mail address and a password. I don't have an account with google with the mail address that i used to sign up with Lendermarket. I tell them that the form does not work, but they just keep sending me a link to the same form over and over again.

Empresa muy interesante si se buscan altas rentabilidades, muy intuitiva y fácil de usar la web. Se puede encontrar información suficiente.

Ich habe viermal versucht, eine Hilfestellung zum Export von Daten in Lendermarket 2.0 zu bekommen. In 1.0 gab es diese Funktion. Jedes Mal hat man sehr schnell geantwortet, allerdings hatte die Antwort nichts mit der Frage zu tun, sondern war nur ein Standardtext. Zwei Sterne lasse ich stehen, weil die Rückzahlungen jetzt scheinbar besser laufen. Nachtrag: Genau so eine Antwort hatte ich per Email-Support erwartet. Dafür gibt es einen Stern zurück, und einen, weil die Auszahlung heute innerhalb 1 Stunde erfolgte.

After switching to the new platform, cash flows became free. I could withdraw the money or reinvest it. Hopefully it will continue in the same spirit.
