A promising crowlending platform

Maclear is one of my favorite P2P platforms. I've been investing there since November 2024. Rates are high and monthly payments are on schedule. Since my very first investments, I've seen some noticeable improvements: increased diversification in terms of countries covered, and the creation of a Telegram channel that greatly improves communication and exchange with support.

No issues so far

Been investigating through Maclear for more than a year now and so far everything has been working smoothly. No defaults and all payments are made on time. Project descriptions and risk assessment has been improving a lot over time Customer support has been very responsive and helpful. Only downside is that they haven't published their 2024 financial report yet - even though they reassured that they will do so soon.

Complete amateurs, they don't know legal matters, they don't answer inquiries, they don't solve problems. Customer support zero. Good reviews probably false. It makes no sense to invest in these beginners, when there are a whole series of serious and proven platforms on the Internet.

A Year of Trustworthy, On-Time Returns

I’ve now been invested with Maclear for almost exactly one year, and in that time the platform has truly established itself among my top choices. So far, so excellent!

I started investing about a year ago. This is an update to the review I wrote last October, when I pointed out some compelling aspects: smooth registration process; easy-to-use platform; high and satisfactory interest rates; possibility to diversify investments in different companies and countries; secondary market. Some aspects have been improved: greater geographic diversification with new companies and sectors from Italy, the UK, and Kenya; the introduction of a new section, 8lends, based on Defi, with higher interest rates. In addition, users can access Telegram channels and groups - 8lends x Maclear, 8lends Chat, Maclear Help - for support, help or info. Last but not least: I have always received payments on the due date and have never had a single delay or problem. In 2024 I gave 4 stars; after months of investment the 5 star rating is fully deserved.

I've been using the Maclear platform for several months and I'm very satisfied with my experience. Maclear is my favorite crowdlending platform. They are always improving the platform, the investments and the bonuses and they've never had a single late payment, . Unprofessional customer service

As I had some questions about their services, I sent an email to Maclear. Having no reply after a few days, I spoke to someone on the chat on the 24.03.2025 As discussed, I sent the email again to the same general email address and to him personally in case my email was not received properly. He confirmed on the chat he received it and will reply to it / to me by the end of the day (24.03.2025). Several days have now passed and I still haven't received any reply. Additionally, their live chat has been disconnected from their site for several days now. Finally, I can now see through my email provider that the emails (whether to the general email address or to him, whether the initial one or the more recent ones) were not only received but also read. In consequence, a potential customer contacts this company to have some information but never receives any reply. An employee makes a commitment (to reply by the end of the day) and does not respect it. The live chat customer support is unavailable for days. I am very disappointed by the lack of commitment and lack professionalism I faced. -------------- Update June 2025 Following the incident described further up, I was contacted by the Head of Customer Support. He apologized for the lack of communication and then answered all the questions I had. Afterwards, I invested on Maclear and was satisfied with the returns. I was dissatisfied by some issues, for example information not communicated or not communicated clearly / properly enough leading to confusion. However, the Head of Customer support dealt with those issues with accountability, honesty and professionalism so far. The site is clear and easy to use. However, it still lacks features in comparison to some competitors (auto invest, mobile app...etc). Due to the above, the initial rating of 1* has been updated to 4*.

Problems solved

Update: It took 4 days, but I was finally able to change my password. The customer support was not the best experience. However, before this issue arose, I had very good experiences with several projects. Deposits and withdrawals were also smooth and quick. Thanks I found out that my password was compromised and wanted to change it. Unfortunately, this doesn't work with my password manager or manually. Additionally, I don't receive an email with password recovery instructions when I try to reset my password. And yes, I checked the spam folder. The support asked me to empty the cache and try another browser. I tried all of that, but it didn't help. I then contacted the support again, but have not received a responce since (yesterday). A compromised password on an investment account is obviously not that important.

After my first year with Maclear. I've reinvested most of my returns. The platform is reliable and transparent. Just completed my first full project cycle with capital returned as promised. The provision fund gives peace of mind compared to other platforms where you're left hanging if a loan defaults.

While it is a very good and productive platform with very competitive interest rates and well-functioning, it needs serious improvements in its secondary market...both in terms of fees and in terms of regulations (it does not allow you to sell with a positive sign)

most profitable EU platform

I’ve been using the MaClear platform appx 1 year, a Swiss-based investment service, to invest in business projects, typically for about a year at a time. What gives me confidence in MaClear is its structure: each investment is secured by equipment as collateral, which adds a layer of security to the process. Plus, being a Swiss-registered platform, it operates within strict financial standards, which is reassuring. One of the standout features for me is the provision fund that MaClear maintains. This fund is there to guarantee that monthly interest payments are always made on time, even if a project runs into issues. Knowing this gives me peace of mind as I grow my portfolio, and so far, everything has been very smooth. The only challenge i see is that until the project is fully funded, the interest is not accumulated, meaning if funding takes longer, your money is frozen. Otherwise all good. On top of this, deposits and withdrawals are quick, with no hidden fees, which makes moving funds in and out hassle-free. The platform is also offering various bonuses right now as part of its growth phase, which has been a nice perk. If you register with a link, there’s an extra 1.5% cashback for the first three months—another small but worthwhile benefit. All in all, my experience has been positive, and I’m gradually increasing my investment here with confidence.

The platform operates flawlessly

The platform operates flawlessly so far for me. I've made investments, as well as withdrawals and no complains in this matter. There are few moments that people have to read in the FAQ section and familiarize with the rules of the platform before start investing. Like: no interest accumulated until Project has been funded completely. It can take some time like a week or so. No app available.

It's been 5 months since I started crowdlending. And for a month I tried Maclear. It's a crowdlending platform that offers projects with really interesting interest rates. In addition, you can very quickly transfer your funds to invest in a new project because instant transfers work perfectly from my bank to my Maclear account. I am very satisfied.
