In the last 2 months, only one project with late final payment was notified to investors prior to the deadline of final return. The others projects with final return were notified 2+ days to investors after the final return date was past due.
My experience with this platform lasted for about three years. However, during the third year, the projects began to delay interest payments. One of the projects I had invested in across different stages is now undergoing bankruptcy proceedings, and it is being handled not in Lithuania, but in Latvia. The bankruptcy process has been ongoing for about a year, with no visible concrete actions taken. Additionally, interest rates have dropped significantly, making it no longer worthwhile to invest here, especially since other platforms offer higher returns and more control over risk management. I have therefore decided to stop investing in this platform.
Easy to use, smooth interface, a lot different projects
Easy to manage, constant status update made me feel safe. All payments are processed relatively fast. However money transfer to the bank account is a bit confusing

20% of the portfolio has been in debt to a single borrower for 19 months already. I don’t see the point in investing on this platform with such risks.

Loans are too risky compared to risk-reward ratio. Stopped putting money into loans almost year ago. Currently i have two loans: Kotedžas J7 12-2 and \tKotedžas J7 12C-1. Company Director declared departure to Indonesia while court dealing with his company bancrupcy. Previuosly i also had late in payments loans and they have took a new refinansing loans to cover an older ones. This makes even more risky to get defaults. Soon as possible i'll take my money out.
Trustfull company. Helpfull staff. Company provid8ng f8nancial esucation true webinars and podcasts. Low default projects rate. Good recommendation system. Lot of shott term projects. All ready 8 years in.
Bad risk tolerance and documentation management. Real esatate's owner the person was written, no way out and money is in higher risk than anticipated. Finally, current system with risk of only A and B letters with an amount of +/- is extremely missleading and feels corrupt. Waiting for last payments to get out because it's way too sketchy.
Do not like that interest for loans to invest are very low. Not worth to invest 100 eur when there are much more optionts to invest in other platforms with 10 eur and diversificate portvolio and earn much more. I presume it better if you lower amount of minimum for invest in one loan for example 50 eur
