great platform, reliable projects for many years

I registered in the system and missed the first investment coupon code. They can't fix my error and add the coupon code later.

Have been using this platform for 2+ years now. "Profitus" team is doing a great job to make sure their users are getting their investments back with interest! Keep it up !

This is my first ever experience investing and I've got to say Profitus have been very helpful along the journey. The system is easy to navigate and user-friendly The communication about the investments you've made is quick, efficient and answers questions before you have a chance to ask them. Furthermore, the support staff are very helpful and responsive, giving detailed and knowledgeable answers about any question asked. I would definitely recommend this as a starting point for newbie investors or people who are looking to "employ" their savings.

2 main points I'd like to mention: 1. Automatic investment went smoothly, fast react to new opportunity. 2. Chat with profitus representative. Answer to my question was quick and clear.

Every thing is good and simple

Well for now no complaints, crowd funding investment works. Invested and then watched my portfolio grow. Will use it in the future. If everything goes well you are notified and money is back. I did not experience what happens if the borrower fails that raises some questions how will that be handled, there is info on the website about it but it's too complicated for me. And writing to the info with a question what if sounds a bit strange. Would like to have more options with less risk and low percentage available, high yields are nice but sometimes a bit of certainty and security is also welcome.

Great, except I would like propose to you, that you work on transfer payments and day limits improvements

Most platforms offer the option to cancel an investment within a certain timeframe as is requested by the new EU standard for crowdfunding per november 2022. Not so with Profitus. Once the button invest is pushed there is no way back. Legally probably correct. But certainly not very investor friendly.

Good overall customer experience. Some areas to improve - if payment is delayed, increased interest rate should always be applied. I understand it may be “hard” to get money back from some requestors, however investor should not suffer from it (e.g. 6 month loan with additional 4 month delay - my money would have worked for me already and it’s not fear to experience such delays without any comoensation)

Easy and comfortable.

There is some hidens fees for a intrest payd like GPM its 15% from amount intrest payed. After 15% at the end of the year for taxes. and you see that you lose 30% from amount payed . Never use again waiting when my investment comes back And bye.
