14/MAY/2024: I have a significant amount in pending payments for the past 1½ years. Less than 2% has been repaid. I can read blogposts that Creditstar has repaid most of what they owe. But why is none of that going back to us? UPDATE 06/FEB/2025; Upgrading from 2 ** to 2½ *** as Pending Payments has started to trickle in. But keyword being trickle. With this rate repayment will take 3+ years...

After experiencing liquidity issues and difficulty receiving payments with Lendermarket in the past, I'm pleased to say that the platform has significantly improved. I have since recovered and safely withdrawn all my invested funds, gaining confidence in the platform once again. I will keep all interests and gains reinvested, showing my commitment to the platform. If things continue to go well and my confidence remains high, I may consider investing more in the future. Kudos to Lendermarket for addressing the issues and providing a better experience for investors.

Was using it since 2023. and haven't received a cent back from them and doesn't seem like I will. I turned off all AI portfolio strategies very long time ago but somehow they decided to turn them on without my consent and I have no access to information when and how they did it. This information doesn't appear in the interface. Neither can I see any history of active and finished investments. It shows that I have 0 investments made and 0 active. All I see is that my money is somewhere invested and is more than 31 days late and I cant get it back. Support is totally useless. They don't reply directly to my questions or even ignore them. Trying to communicate with them for almost a month but haven't got any solutions. Only links to useless articles .

I have been using Lendermarket for more than 3 years now. Really happy to share that recently they started paying back the delayed payments and have honered their obligations with paying extra intrest rate.

J’ai déposé 500 euros que je souhaite récupérer avant les avoir investit car j’ai un besoin urgent de cash. L’entreprise me bloque pour retirer les fonds et aucune réponse du support (j’en suis déjà à 5 relances). Entreprise incompétente à fuir, je doute fort de leur honnêteté /!\ Je cherche des contacts pour les dénoncer aux services de protection de consommateur.

It's a scam! I've been waiting for pending payments for over a year and my money is not gonna see my bank account for sure as they postopone the payments 6 times... It's a total scam, run by clowns...Don't lose money. I've lost over 6k euros in this baloon.

Des prêts en attente de paiement depuis.....novembre 2023. Aucune communication, pas de dates de versements prévus....du grand n'importe quoi.

No hay forma de que publiquen mi opinion negativa , a pesar de haber aportado documentación , hagan caso de la experiencia de las otras personas , los bloqueos y demás es lo mismo que me ha pasado a mi , si se produce algun cambio modificare esta reseñA. Me pasaron un plan de pagos de 4 meses hasta Julio , cuando tenía unos 700€ en pagos pendientes, y lo han cumplido , me han abonado aprox. 650€; pero el problema no está resuelto , como no cumplen los pagos programados ahora tengo otra vez más de 800 sin saber cuando los voy a recuperar , eso si hay suerte.

Invertí en varios préstamos que ya terminaron hace unos meses, pero aún así todos ellos siguen con retrasos y no me dan visibilidad desde la plataforma de cuándo estará disponible. El dinero está bloqueado y parece sospechoso que se alargue tanto en el tiempo...

Plusieurs sommes sur plusieurs banques en attente de paiement par les banques. Les prêts étant arrivés à échéance. Impossible de retirer les fonds investis depuis plusieurs mois alors que les prêts sont terminés. Mauvaise expérience à eviter

n'y aller pas car j'ai 5800 euros en attente depuis plusieurs mois ( qui ne sont pas dans des prêts), mail envoyer pas de réponse . A FUIR

Nouvelle chez lendermarket je découvre encore mais cela me semble un placement intéressant par le taux et par les risques limités

I only started investing with Lendermarket a few weeks ago so at the moment I have mixed feelings about this platform. On the + side, the signing up process is very easy, I added funds and withdrew them very quickly and easily from my bank account. On the - side, all my loans are either on "pending" payments (even if their status is "paid" so I'm wondering if Lendermarket is keeping the money that the loans originators pay?) or overdue... I only invested 400€ at the moment and will wait until "real money" reaches my account before investing more with them ...

He leído opiniones de que se están poniendo al día con los pagos, en mi caso llevo 1 año con pagos pendientes de Credistar (380€), poca cantidad de dinero realmente y a día de hoy no me han abonado ni 1€. Siguen en deuda. Fiabilidad. Ninguna -ACTUALIZO RESEÑA- Se han puesto en contacto conmigo y me han liberado los pagos pendientes.

Cuidado. Estafadores. Comparad lo que ponen en su homepage y lo que ponen en letra pequeña en "divulgación de riesgos" (abajo del todo, página principal). Este tipo de gente debería ser sancionada. Es un engaño. Si va bien, no hay problema pero si va mal...NO HAY GARANTÍAS de que recuperes tu dinero.

Zainwestowana mała kwota, w długoterminowa pożyczkę, regularne wiadomości o stanie konta i inwestycji. Nie wie jak z wypłacalnością, dowiem się za dwa lata, ale od strony kontaktu bardzo pozytywnie, możliwość umówienia się na rozmowę telefoniczną w razie jakis watpliwosci.

My pending payments recovered to Available balance in April. In addition, quick answers and explanations from customer service by email. Keep going in May same way!

There is an improvement on the pending payments. I have received in last 10 days 2 small payments to my account. Also today I have received a pending payments scheduled plan for April with amounts and exact dates.

I have been investing for over two years and the last few months have been very difficult. Money stuck in pending payments for weeks as mentioned by others. For that reason I cannot give a 5, BUT... there are signs of a recovery and some funds are coming back to investors. The latest CEO seems to be making a difference. Let's hope this continues!

With this first aspect I notice that the customer support service has improved, my rating increasing when I immediately receive the information that the amount in question will be paid, without causing me any indifference, in installments within 1 month. I hope that the customer service continues like this, but also that, in return, the percentage of money pending for many weeks will decrease. Después de muchos meses sin pagar, alrededor de 9, por problemas con Credistar, se están poniendo rápidamente las pilas, haciendo retiradas super rápidas, estando el dinero en mi cuenta a veces en cuestión de horas, y sobre todo, y más importante, siendo muy puntuales en los calendarios de pagos, lo cual incrementa la confianza en que la plataforma va a volver a funcionar como debe ser.

POR AHORA ESTAN HACIENDO LO QUE DICEN. SI QUE ES VERDAD KE ME ACOJONÉ UN POKO...PERO DE MOMENTO ME CONTESTAN Y CUMPLE LO QUE ME PASAN.... SEGUIRÉ UN TIEMPO MÁS CON PASTA AKÍ!!!

Llevo un par de años invirtiendo en esta plataforma, si que es cierto que he tenido muuchos retrasos y problemas y mi dinero ha estado bloqueado durante bastante tiempo. Sin embargo, veo que llevan unos meses tratando de solucionar esto pues en Marzo me dieron un plan de pago y cumplieron, en abril me han dado otro plan y espero ir recuperando el dinero, también ha mejorado el sistema de soporte y retirada, que funciona en cuestión de 1 día. Entonces veo que se están tomando decisiones para mejorar su situación y esta tratando de recuperar la confianza de los inversores

Z lendermarket jestem od ponad roku. Przez ten czas widać jak bardzo platforma się zmieniła i poprawiała działanie systemów. Dziś w ramach nowej akcji zadzwonił do mnie opiekun w moim języku czyli POLSKIM !!! Uważam to za ogromny plus bo miałem kilka pytań i udało mi się rozwiać wszelkie wątpliwości. Pan powiedział że możliwe, iż z czasem będzie to stała możliwość jednak na chwilę obecną testują tą funkcję. Lendermarket ja jestem za tym aby zostało to na stałe !!!! Dla osób które nadal się wahają lub nie są pewnie co do platformy powiem tak. Opóźnienia w spłacie są, były i zawsze będą i to nie zależy od platformy tylko od ludzi którzy czasem nie mają jak spłacić zobowiązania. Ja cieszę się z tego, ponieważ Lendermakrekt i tak zawsze oddaje mi moje środki a dzięki opóźnieniom otrzymuje dodatkowe oprocentowanie :D. Mam nadzieję że firma będzie rozwijać się w tą stronę i trzymam za nich kciuki. Warto doceniać fakt, że inwestujecie w zmiany.
