Money is stuck in pending payments for more than half a year and no sight of it being released. Meanwhile Lendermarket is bragging about "upgraded platform" and having short withdrawal timeframes, which is ironic and insulting to the clients. Buyback Guarantee is not being applied at all. You should think like they don't have it. I was just emailed the plan to release some of my pending payments, which is 3% of my total money on the platform. Again, I feel like they are mocking me.

The platform started well for me when I started investing 2 years ago. However, they started experiencing pending payments and we didn't receive any payments back for months. Recently, there's an improvement in the payments. We are getting paid small amounts continuously. However, it still needs to improve as the payments are still small compared to pending amount. We hope to see bigger improvements in the payments.

Hace unos meses he puesto una reseña positiva pensando que estaban mejorando. Pues resulta que no, me han ido liberando calderilla meses alternos que no llega ni al 2% del capital invertido, no sé cuánto tiempo haría falta para que me devuelvan todo lo que he invertido, ya llevo dos años esperando.

Leider geht nichts voran. Die Creditstar-Kredite werden einfach nicht zurückgezahlt. Und wenn man seine paar Euro, die mal zurückkommen, abheben will - geht es nicht, weil man min. 50€ braucht. Das ist nicht zeitgemäß. Ändert das bitte... Man wirbt mit Rückkaufgarantie, die dann nicht erfüllt werden kann. Ich bin enttäuscht und Lendermarket muss nun beweisen, dass sie es hinbekommen und die Gelder für die Anleger zurück kriegen. Dann gebe ich der Plattform nochmal eine Chance....aktuell aber: NEIN!

There are months and months of pending payment being stuck without any progress. No updates or explanations are given to investors whatsoever. Moreover, they keep bombarding us with offers to invest more.

Ich bin mit 110000 Euro selbst investiert die schnelle und gute Kommunikation per E-mail hat mir gezeigt das die Mitarbeiter sehr viel mühe und Arbeit ins Unternehmen stecken. Die Größe sowie die Langjährige Erfahrung hat mein ebenfalls mein Vertrauen mit der aktuellen überdurchschnittlichen Verzinsung bin ich bereit länger auf mein Geld zu warten was sich hoffentlich dann auch auszahlen wird.

Fast response regarding my pending payments.

The platform has got some difficulties lately in a form of Pending Payments, but now it is seeming that the trend will change. I am expecting positive future. When the loan originators can pay their debts in time and there won`t exist remarkable pending payments, then this platform will be very attractive.

They have had a bad period in which blocked repayments. But now they are returning to a normal situation, are slowly repaying again with all interest and also give to investors a schedule of next repayments. I want to highlight that they are repaying an high rate on repayments blocked, so, at the end, the investor has had to wait, but is having a good gain.

I have more than 3000 € in pending payments for since march 2023. So, i have one year asking for my money, but i just recieve bulshit conversation. very bad idea to invest here, is very dangerus

Après des mails, un précédent avis négatif et des mois d'attente, j'ai enfin pu retirer mon investissement de départ et mes intérêts. Je ne retenterai pas.

Ich bin seit mehreren Jahren bei Lendermarket investiert, angelockt durch hohe Zinsen und CashBack-Aktionen. Nachdem ich die Investition meiner Pending Payments in Darlehen der Creditstar Gruppe seit 23.11.2023 gestoppt habe, sind die Pending Payments auf fast 90% meines Portfolios angestiegen. Bis Mai 2024 ist fast nichts von den Pending Payments zurückgekommen. Im Juni wurde damit begonnen die Pending Payments zu reduzieren, jetzt im Juli wurde sogar ein größerer Betrag zurückbezahlt. Der Support von Lendermarket bemüht sich mittlerweile nachweisbar um die Rückzahlung den Pending Payments und sucht auch den telefonischen Kontakt. Mittlerweile sind immerhin mehr als 15% zurückgeflossen. Aus der Zusammenarbeit der Creditstar Gruppe und Mintos weiß ich, dass man bei der Rückholung der Pending Payments sehr viel Geduld benötigt. Im August 2024 wurden die Zahlungen fortgesetzt, jedoch ist es schwieriger den Support zu erreichen.

The company are complying with the payments. Thanks for that. 16/07/2024 I have some good news... In March and April, lendermarket started paying the amounts that were in arrears. I was presented with a phased payment schedule, which until now the company has been complying with. Thanks. 01/05/2024. I have more than 2000 € in pending payments for since march 2023. Update 04.1.2026: Mein Geld ist nunmehr auf Lendermarket 2 umgebucht worden. Dort erscheinen nun keine Pending Payments mehr. Vielleicht ist das Geld doch nicht komplett weg? Bewertung von 03.03.2024: Zinsen sind super bei Lendermarket. Wo sonst bekommt man 15-16%? Allerdings habe ich ernsthafte Zweifel, dass ich mein eingezahltes Geld wieder bekomme - und natürlich auch keine Zinsen. Seit vielen Monaten steigt die Summe der "Pending Payment" kontinuierlich an. Aktuell bei fast 50% des Portfolios. Klar, die Pendings Payments werden mit 18% verzinst. Aber diese Zinsen erhöhen nur die PP ... ausgezahlt wird nichts. Somit hängt mein Geld bei Lendermarket fest. Die letzte Abhebung war im Juli 2023 möglich. Das grenzt schon an Betrug ... Schade um mein Geld.

Ho tutti i prestiti in "pending payments" da diversi mesi, nessun rimborso, è tutto fermo e bloccato senza comunicazioni a riguardo. Non investite. Davvero pessimi.

+ Hohe Zinsen als Lockangebot - Support bietet keine Hilfestellung an bei verlorenen Geld - Viel Geld eingezahlt und nicht zurückgezahlt - falsche oder unübersichtlich Darstellung/Infos Fazit:Finger weg von der Plattform,sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht !

Gute Zinsen, ja. Aber man sollte auf das Geld verzichten können. Hoffentlich ist Lendermarket bald irgendwann wieder Liquide. Pending Payments seit Monaten. Zwar theoretisch hohe Zinsen, aber was bringt´s, wenn das Geld nie auf dem Konto ankommt?

They changed there terms and conditions after I made my investments. Now all my money is in pending payment and god knows when it will be released. Zero transparency....

Os dejo mi sotuacion. Llevaba desde junio esperando y por fin me han devuelto todo el dinero. Por lo que se, es un problema de liquidez de CREDISTAR, con lo cual solo es question de tiempo.

Impossible de récupérer sa mise, les paiements sortants sont bloqués!!

Los pagos se retrasan eternamente, y siempre dicen que ha sido un retraso puntual, una vez no cumplen lo pactado se inventan otro calendario de pagos y así sucesivamente y van retrasando el pago. No son fiables para invertir dinero, hay usuarios que están ya poniendo denuncias conjuntas.

Temo seriamente por mi inversion,esta casi la totalidad en retraso y llevo esperando meses,incumplen contractualmente y estoy pensando en presentar demanda judicial contra ellos por estafa.
