Profitus is a reliable investment platform offering clear terms and user-friendly management. Most investments are repaid on time, and customer service is professional and responsive. However, the secondary market has very limited liquidity (currently not available). There is a risk of delayed loan repayments. The platform also lacks advanced tools for analyzing investment portfolio performance.

Too many bad quality loans that get delayed and not returned for more than 2-3 years

A good and safe platform. One of the best. What can better: taxrates are high and low interest rates. I want that there came more interest rates between 10-13% for an investment from 100 euros.

Many project that are in delay

I used Profitus for years thinking a mortgage meant my investment is safe. Turns out that promise means nothing if a court decides otherwise. Just be careful, even "A" risk isn't a guarantee. Found what actually works for me. Global landscape's been precise. My earning and pay out always come through. Can't say that about profitus.

Had no problems with the company.

there is no app for the phone. a lot of A rated projects repayments are late. project selection should be improved. it looks like that Profitus now is more for expansion, not quality

Despite the negative reviews, I wanted to try the company and before making my first deposit, I sent a few key questions to support regarding the actual performance history. The support was very unfriendly and arrogant and did not actually answer the questions. For me, this is always a clear signal to quickly escape from the platform. 1. 6. 2025 And you lie again! I asked absolutely clear questions and you didn't want to answer them clearly, then you said you would pass it on to a specialist, who has not commented on it again to this day, so stop lying! To answer how many loans have been issued in the last 3 years, how many of them are in arrears, how many of them are in bankruptcy and how you have dealt with any bankruptcies with what result, you do not need my personal data, which I do not send to companies that behave as suspiciously and deceptively as you. My reviews are based on true and practical experience, unlike your positive ones, which you probably pay for...

Too many late investments With potential to never be returned

Quite relable partner for Real estate investment, but there are still some areas to improve.

Can not planing money flow. Som projects stuck. Strange times. Not very doing with project news. Not informative and not so often

Many insolvent projects. Provides financing to obscure, newly established companies. Projects are financed in installments, but the platform is very inconvenient, you can't quickly see where you have already invested money, and if a company goes bankrupt, the platform itself will first recover the money, and there is little chance that you will be able to recover your money too.

All good, but there is a number of late projects (by late I mean very late, a couple of years), the current payment system is not very handy (fees charged if you want to withdraw more than once a month), and the risk ratings are more misleading than helpful

Very many delayed projects. Very poor recovery of money from delays.

Despite presenting a favorable appearance, the company has poor communication and hides details about defaulted projects, especially those that resulted in losses even with collateral. There have also been cases of mortgage fraud, and the platform takes no responsibility for these issues.

Dissatisfied with my experience on this crowdfunding platform. Some of my investments has not been repaid even though more than a year has passed since the contractual maturity date. The situation has not only failed to improve but has deteriorated. The financial loss I have incurred is significant, and the lack of resolution or concrete recovery plan is deeply troubling. I expected this platform to manage risks responsibly and uphold its obligations to investors. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrates a failure in due diligence, investor protection, and communication.

Using this platform for investing for a couple of years. Didn’t have any problems. Used web and iOS app. Onboarding was easy so I was able to start investing almost instantly. They always provide up to date information to help you keep going. Income declaration was also smooth since all information was already in declaration system provided automatically which was really nice. All in all, so far happy with the platform and recommending for others to try too.

I'd like to see more projects.

Have been on the platform from overseas for nearly a year now, and can only say so far so good. Conditions on each project are clearly outlined, response and communication is reasonably fast, and, most importantly, always to the point. Customer service is friendly and supportive, and they have resolved number of issues related to fund transfers from overseas and clarification on taxation.

Great platform for investment. I can only recommend this, because it's transparent and easy to use. Perfect if you are just starting out, and want to take your first steps into investment.

This is a follow up of my previous appreciation. I have been on this platform for about one year. I invested in 9 projects. 6 are still running and current, 2 were reimbursed ahead of schedule, 1 ran in financial troubles for the last payment but the team informed the lenders, followed up and I was reimbursed in full plus the late penalty two months later. Carefully read the detailed statistics published on the site before investing and you will understand why I mainly chose projects with a rating of AA- or better, sometimes A+, not less. Then I check the place on Google street view (not always up to date though). I will certainly continue to invest here although the rates are declining but are still far better than a saving account
