I'm a user of Robocash for 2 years, tried other platforms during this time and folks who want to have good profit without much care is very good, never had issues with withdraws. Don't give 5 starts because there were moments in the past, where there were not enough loans for everyone and the money was stop without being invested for some time, this situation didn't happen in the last 6 months, congrats Robocash.

The underlying company is strong. Their business is profitable, their capital structure conservative, they are market leaders in Russia, so it's a good business to lend to. The platform itself works very well, and is very easy to use. It's even possible to lend short term, in case you want to constantly see your money come back in case you need it, arguably making it a great cash management tool! I wish all P2P companies were of the same quality!

Over the last 3 years I've invested in many loan platforms. Robocash should not be compared to Mintos that offers loans from dozens of Loan Originators over whom they have no control. But rather to platforms that offer loans from a single group and / or are owned or related to a single group (Lendermarket, Moncera, Swaper, Kviku etc etc). My experience with Robocash is exceptionally good. Some complain that Robocash only offers automatic investment; I use manual investment in many other platforms, but I do not need manual investment with Robocash because it works like clockwork. I have always experienced superfast accurate customer service response. The Robocash Group is very profitable, well capitalised and audited by KMPG. Do not forget, that this kind of investment should be limited to a portion of your net worth.
Only platform I use that has very few late positions, is always stable and has sufficient flow. This engine starts and runs. Tansactions smooth and sure. I am most satisfied with Robocash.

I've been investing with RoboCash since 2019 and the experience has been great. Investing is simple and quick, returns are very steady and over time this has become my best performing platform.
I started as investor in March 2020 just before the Corona crisis. I invested a little money so I didn't take a lot of risk. However Robocash has suprised me. The maximum delay for paying th loans is very short even with economic crisis the money is recovered within 15-30 days. All my money has been recovered and reinvested. I have invested money in 5 different web platforms. Up to now Robocash has been the most reliable platform for p2p lending. I have not withdrawn any money yet but i will edit this opinion if necessary.

My experience with the platform has been great so far in terms of investments and return. Support was responsive and we clarified the reason why my withdrawals were not arriving at my bank. Just please clarify that Banco Santander and Blue Orange Bank don't have anymore a commercial relationship for all the clients in the platform. Two weeks later after my first review and exactly 2 months after my first investment. Unfortunately nothing improved. 27% of the loans defaulted. All loans with a term 30 days or less. Percentage is much higher if you only count the expired loans. More loans to expire soon...... Very frustrating, lending money for 30 days and almost nobody repays.

I would like to point out some issues ROBOCASH needs to address. 1. When I withdraw An amount below 50 euros you need to contact the operator . With MINTOS and VIAINVEST this thing is automated without sending any messages to no one. 2. When investing in long-term loans the interest is not paid every month. You should consider that your customers may need these cash flow of the interest every month. After all the lended person isn’t he paying every month his debt with interest? This thing doesn’t happen with MINTOS and VIAINVEST. You should check this issues because it seems to me that you are left behind of the competition of the other two platforms which I’m using currently.
I've only been an investors with RoboCash for a few months just to try it out. It's exciting to check every few days and see my balance grow. With their guaranteed buyback program I don't need to worry too much. Once the account was all set up, there really wasn't anything at all to do. Guaranteed return of 12% without any work is definitely very comfortable. While it is possible to earn higher rates with RoboCash, I do hope they will roll out more loyalty rewards and such for new investors. I review many P2P investment platforms on my site, but RoboCash is unique for the fact, that basically every new investor is treated equally and receives the same returns.

Using the platform for a couple of months at the moment. Everything is ok and its easy to use. Most of the loans are about 12% and i hardly ever find a loan with 15% for that reason i would suggest to increase the loans of the said rate or increase the rate in general if possible. I use RoboCash for about 9 months and I am very happy with the results. It is fully automated hands off investing platform, providing excellent returns above 12%. All the originators are actually part of one credit group with excellent track record. There is full transparency about their financial results. They operate at 7 countries providing the good level of geographical diversification.
