Started a month ago. No delays in payments for now. Interest coming at the end of thd term of each investment. Could be nice to have a phone app. Update 31/03/25. I was able to withdraw 50 euros from my gains. Keeping the rest.
En el momento que dejas de reinvertir el dinero disponible, te dejan de pagar los intereses pendientes. Llevo meses sin que me pagen intereses por las prestamos pendientes. 0€. Tiene toda la pinta de ser una estafa, sino inviertes cada vez más capital no te devuelven intereses. No puedes liquidar tu relacion comercial sin perder dinero, y quedar siempre una deuda pendiente de pago que es mayor del beneficio obtenido hasta el momento.
I was happy with my service. The rates were the best I could find and the payout was fast.
For over 6 months I have been trying to make a withdrawal but all my funds are blocked. I have reached out to customer service multiple times but they respond with nonsense and never get anything solved. This is clearly a SCAM. DO NOT INVEST HERE, YOU WILL LOSE IT ALL. I have 4K EUR completely stuck and no idea what is going to happen. I will try to gather some other people affected and go for a lawsuit against these criminals/thieves.

Les calendriers du remboursement des pending payment ne sont plus tenus (dernier paiement de l'échéancier non versé) et avant dernier versement reçu ridicule. Plus aucune visibilité sur le remboursement du reste de l'argent bloqué en pending payment. Et maintenant réponse automatique quand on demande une nouvel échéancier de remboursement A date, je déconseille fortement !!!
Inviato ripetute mail per sapere la situazione dei pending payment , ricevuto risposte generate automaticamente. Inoltre nella schedula dei pagamenti di settembre/ottobre l' ultima tranche indicata dentro una loro mail non e' stata versata . Chiesto info,generata di nuovo una mail automatica. Esperienza partita bene ma che ora si sta rivelando pessima.

Mon compte (de plus de 20 K€) n'est plus accessible depuis plusieurs mois. Quand je veux ouvrir mon compte un message me demande de réinitialiser le mot de passe et c'est impossible. Puis un message sur fond vert : Consulter votre boite mail pour obtenir des instructions supplémentaires. Aucun message n'arrive dans ma boite mail. Compte bloqué malgré un message qui annonçait des remboursements. Il n'y a rien de positif dans cette plateforme.
Lendermarket is a good P2P investment platform. The interest rates are atractive, and all loans come with buyback-guarantee. It happens sometimes to have a prolonged delay at payments, but so far all my investments are 100% paid.
Registration and verification process was easy and fast. The platform is quite simple and easy to use comparing to some other p2p lending platforms. I was able to create a custom Auto invest portfolio, which is already generating some interest profit. Also possible to invest in loans manually and filter the list with preferred factors. Happy with the service so far!

After a period of liquidity problems, it seems that they are gradually solving them. It is always important to remember that you should only invest money that you are willing to lose.
I'm not usually giving reviews but this time Lendermarket deserves a 5 star. I have been investing in different P2P platforms for the last few years but decided to give Lendermarket a chance with their new platform, as I believe management has the right direction to manage my portfolio. At the moment they are the top paying platform and have improved on their transparency in the last few months. I also did withdrawals and the money comes in hours. I'll be growing my position if the platform keeps it at this level! 10/10
Good return on investment with a low risk mitigated by the buyback guarantee. If you need to withdraw funds quickly, not for you, as the system invests in loans with a duration, but definitively a good way to differentiate your investments
Before I put 1 star because I got a lot of difficulties with Pending Payments on the old LMv-1 platform as you can read from my earlier post. Since, there was a hint about Priority Request form in one their service center email. I filled out the request and gave a permission to convert my LMv-1 into a new LMv-2 and all of my old 20k PP are now actual loans. Let`s see when the first payment matures, will the old PP nightmare return. If not, then this platform will earn the missing 1-star from five. So, still 4 stars so far
Why they block my email and don't answer my questions? I don't know, but I feel not safe with this customer support! Stay away if you want to avoid trouble. My money is still locked in their platform, and I'm very unhappy. I worry about my money and I still don't get any solution. What would you do in my case? I just want my money back, and I don't want to hear more excuses. Just my entire account value (xx.xxx,xx EUR) - no other communication needed. Thanks a lot for your understanding.
Since moving my investments to their new platform I have only experienced regular payments and no delays. I highly appreciate the support I received via email, and I am happy to see my returns increase!
My wallet is 4K (80%) blocked as I can't get my money back due to the Pending Payments. I've been several months awaiting and nothing changed yet. I really regret investing here. What it might be a great app and opportunity to make my money grow, turned into a total disappointment and a lost opportunity to invest somewhere else. This is very frustrating and it seems I'll have to wait for much longer.

Esta empresa es un esquema Ponzi de manual. Por favor no invirtáis ni un euro si no queréis perderlo todo. Prometen que van a devolver los pagos pendientes y no pagan ni los intereses devengados. Ojalá poder recuperar mi dinero pero lo doy por perdido ya.
Après plusieurs relance et aucun effort de la plateforme je décide d’écrire un post pour exprimer mon mécontentement. Mon argent est bloqué depuis presque 1 an . Avec quelques efffords de paiement au début. Mais depuis 2 mois les paiements sont ridicules. Je souhaitais être positive avec en cette plate-forme mais c’est rien y fait, ils sont mauvais et j’ai perdu gros !!!!! Il me reste 4500€ à récupérer. Que la plateforme règle ses problèmes avant de faire de la publicité dans tous les sens .

Lendermarket provides great interest rates. But their main originator, CreditStar is Ina liquidity crisis. Hence, they do not pay you out. Most investors have now only received nibbles for 1+ year, and lendermarket provides no transparency on why and what we can expect. The only reason I am giving it a 2 and not 1 is because I do see/realize that they are trying to rectify the situation. They are just not very good at it.

Since a good part of my investments had been in pending payment since mid-2023 I had already given up on this platform. To my surprise I recently got a message that all loans have been bought back and cash credited to my available balance including interests. Willing to give it another try.
