Dos años y medio en Mintos y la plataforma sigue sorprendiendome por la amplitud de opciones, no muchos sitios permiten combinar préstamos, inmobiliario y ETF con tan poco capital inicial. La actualización de febrero fue discreta pero mejoró la estabilidad general de la app. Tengo también cuenta en Maclear para diversificar entre plataformas, creo que es una práctica sana independientemente del capital que manejes. Necesito saber mis inversiones a 31 de diciembre de 2025 para el modelo 720 de la agencia tributaria española antes del 31 de marzo de 2026. A día de hoy, 15 de marzo, todavía no lo tengo.

¿Estáis incumpliendo MiFID II en materia de reporte al cliente?

Estoy obligado a presentar el modelo 720 en España. Llevo desde enero solicitando a MINTOS mi balance de activos a fecha 31/12/25 para cumplir con esta obligación. El soporte me ignora y me da largas. La última respuesta es que en marzo estaría el informe fiscal de 2025 en mi perfil y en el Anexo 8 estaría incluida la información. Por fin 12 de marzo se ha publicado este "informe" sin embargo NO SIRVE, no contiene la información necesaria para realizar la presentación del 720, en particular, debe ser: Código ISIN de cada Note., Nombre del emisor (Issuer / SPV), Capital Pendiente (Outstanding Principal) a 31/12/2025, Divisa (EUR).

Zuverlässig aber...

Positiv war bisher die einfache Handhabung mit automatischen Portfolios. Am besten war die die Möglichkeit auch große Teile des Auto-Portfolios kurzfristig abziehen zu können. Die Zinsen sind im Vergleich zu früheren Angeboten (12-13%) eher mau (ca 9%) wenn man die Ausfallquote noch bedenkt. Die neue Strukturierung der freien Mittel hilft mir nicht. Zuvor hatte ich keine Probleme, jetzt ist es eher unübersichtlicher. Unnötig. Das vielseitige Angebot ist nett. Ich bleib aber lieber beim Kerngeschäft (P2P) und hab für ETFs bereits andere Anbieter. Die vor kurzem eingeführten Gebühren machen die Nutzungen auch nicht gerade attraktiver. Für P2P nutze ich parallel noch robocash. Da gibt's ca 11,5% und ohne Schnickschnack.

I have been on Mintos several years, it was great and I was satisfied because everything was super easy, automatic reinvest, super simple. Reinvesting immediately, now you have to set up everything, money are not reinvesting imediately, but once a week, month... how you setting. The change is from simple to complicated. Their AI chatbot is terrible, support is super slow. Contact takes ages.

I had active loans

I had active loans, but they hit me with inactivity fees. Very unstable platform, heard a lot of bad things about them. Also guaranteed loans are not backed by Mintos, they just grab extra % and thats it.

Mintos getting mature

Mintos is growing into a mature P2P, more products, faster response to buying and selling, new features on the site looks more professionals etc. , still needs more responsibility toward customers and to recover past loans

Poor communication

Very poor experience in keeping personal information up-to-date. System asks me to update my personal identity document, which is going to expire, but none of the links or banners provide a way to actually do that. After countless emails and trys, their KYC team still just keeps asking me to try and retry again. Very stupid and inefficient platform. While during the meantime, transferring money in-and-out of the platform is blocked. Super irresponsible. Also, they dont have live customer support, everything has to be done via email.

Gut durchdachte Oberfläche, sehr gute Transparenz (z.B. in Bezug auf Rendite), automatische Investments - man muss sich praktisch nicht kümmern und es gibt einen Report für die Steuererklärung. Das Gesamtpaket stimmt einfach und wenn man mal auf Hilfe angewiesen ist, wird einem schnell und kompetent geholfen.

Je n’ai aucun défaut de paiement sur cette plate-forme alors que j’investis depuis plusieurs année! Je recommande. L’interface pourrait être améliorée et mise au goût du jour
