Buena app la recomiendo
Estamos en periodo de declaracion del IRPF. Mintos ha cometido un error en mi certificado al efecto. En una de las tres partidas de intereses que contempla, una de ellas en lugar de retener el 5% me retienen el 25%. La atención la hacen mediante un chat-bot con el que es imposible entenderse. He intentado por todos los medios que lo rectifiquen, he enviado un archivo con la imagen que resalta el error y nada. La respuesta al correo enviado es lo que parece de otro chat que dice algo asi como: "Parece que tiene usted un problema con los impuestos....", me presenta el enlace al archivo en cuestion pero no hacen nada. La experiencia de atención al cliente es tan mala que en este momento aconsejaria a cualquier futuro inversor en la plataforma que se lo pensara dos veces, si no quiere tener problemas con Hacienda. Yo por mi parte me planteo abandonar la plataforma si no me lo resuelven ya.
Todo funciona muy bien, llevo desde 2020 invirtiendo y he sacado fondos de la plataforma varias veces sin problemas. Recomendable.

was very satisfied till a couple of months ago, however the latest developments and the way how I am able to control my funds are getting limited making things worse and worse ... also the broadening of the portfolio isn't what I am looking for ... continu doing what brought you here which is the loans and focus on improving that ! if I need diversification, will seek that in other platforms and/or places

Loging in via Android phone is problematic. After entering pin, it will start to scroll the cir le and I need to refresh and enter pin again to log in. Happens for long period already.
Threathening with extra fees, for an account I have no knowledge of and no information whatsoever about logging in. I tried to login, but email and password incorrect. Already tried contacting support, but no answer or help or solution or any sign of life other than a customer service survey. Just filed an official complaint and will ignore all future Mintos scam threats and communication since I have no knowledge of having an account with this financial scam.

Within the montos community comments stay pending for many days so maybe trustpilot is a better alternative. for people who want to know the reality of mintos. There is a monthly update under loans in the community , the one from March is here below: March was a rather disastrous month for the various portfolios I manage. Interest income fell back to the level of two years ago, despite higher investments. It now seems to be the norm that lenders do not pay out for 10 days as standard. Or is Mintos holding onto this money? All that time, you cannot reinvest your money, and that is precisely where the effective return lies. In the middle of the month, there were 8 days when interest almost completely dried up. My enquiry to my account manager yielded no clear answer. Mintos seems to be spending its time on other matters, such as allocating repayments to the various portfolios you have created. This is a pointless diversification, to Mintos’s advantage. They charge for the algorithmic portfolios, so they would prefer loans to be purchased in that way. Moreover, it takes longer to accumulate €50 in repayments and interest in a separate portfolio to buy new loans, and so the algorithm is more likely to buy small chunks of loans on the secondary market. Mintos also makes money from offers on that market. Take note: most loans there yield limited return. 90% of loans that are already past the halfway point of their term, yield a lot of principal payments but little interest! If you prefer to purchase your loans (still free of charge) yourself, it is now annoying to transfer repayments of different portfolios back to your main account day by day. The other issue with Mintos is that, whilst they may not be lying deliberately, very little of what they say actually happens. Despite different agreement announcements, they have failed to reach a settlement with MFOfinance regarding the massive outstanding amounts. There has been no update on Planet42 and the lack of returns for 2 months. The two announced payments from Dinerito have not been processed. And where are the bonuses from the December month? And so on. Not to mention loans that are years overdue. Updates are structurally lacking! Loan interest rates are still low compared to many other platforms. In just over a month, the first loans from Nera Capital will start to mature - no announcement whether they will be replaced- but in everyway a good moment to strongly reduce the various portfolios . The optimistic monthly newsletter says it all: Mintos has chosen to become a regular broker in bonds, shares and crypto.
Moje doświadczenie z Mintos jest bardzo negatywne. Czekam na zwrot części środków już 4 lata. W tym czasie wypracowany zysk wyniósł około 300 euro, a jednocześnie nadal nie odzyskałem ponad 1500 euro kapitału. Najbardziej rozczarowujące jest to, że wcześniej platforma budowała poczucie bezpieczeństwa i promowała mechanizmy typu gwarancja wykupu, a w praktyce przy problemach inwestor zostaje z pieniędzmi zamrożonymi na długie lata. Tłumaczenie wszystkiego wojną na Ukrainie nie zmienia faktu, że to inwestor ponosi realne konsekwencje i ryzyko. Z mojej perspektywy to platforma obarczona bardzo dużym ryzykiem, a komunikacja wobec klientów pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Gdybym wiedział wcześniej, jak będzie wyglądało odzyskiwanie środków, nigdy bym się na to nie zdecydował. Nie polecam osobom, które liczą na przewidywalność, szybki dostęp do pieniędzy i realne bezpieczeństwo kapitału.

Llevo ya dos años con Mintos, me ha generado 800€, al principio no tenía mucho, pero con el tiempo fui ahorrando y reinvirtiendo lo que ganaba ahora ya tengo unos 10k para la entrada de mi pequeña casa, aún que me esperaré para tener más. Todos sus productos son muy buenos y confiables en mi opinión.
can you please fix the bug you had for months. The return value shown in your charts is always different from the one on the breakdown. and it's been there for months. If breakdown shows 100€ the chart shows 96€. also, since you made the auto invest portfolio cash, wish is a nice feature, is so hard to track down where the money is going, what payment have been completed, where each closing asset capital is being relocated. now we have multiple cash locations and no clear path on tracking it.
Withdrawals are not possible on this site. It takes forever to get paid and it's a big shame on them. I contacted their support and they never responded. Don't waste your money by investing here. Gladly, I switched to # Crop#Mines....# and all my withdrawals has been going smoothly and without delays.

It is my first time writing a review on trustpilot but i think it is necessary. Unfortunately, my experience with Mintos has been terrible. I’ve ( basically ) lost little more than 10,000 euros that have been overdue for four years now. Their deception lies precisely in the lack of diversification. I could accept that certain loans might default due to specific circumstances, but that is exactly why they should implement a proper diversification system. They didnt protect my investment and as a result I’ve my moneys blocked for years now and it is an important quantity. I don’t have bad feelings towards them, but I do feel cheated, and whenever I asked them, they always respond in the same way, that there is nothing they can do and that they are trying to get my moneys back.

All good until you need customer service which is mostly based on ai assistance through chat and they respond 5 business days later . I cannot withdraw money due to an unexpected error, and now I have to wait for a week to get response
