My account was restricted. I filled in the required personal details and received an email saying my verification was complete. But my account is still restricted. I sent an email to support as advised. Their response was to provide the source of the funds invested mainly from 3-4 years ago (seems like a joke). I can't get in touch with a real agent via chat, only a bot with useless attempts to solve my problem. I have to be honest that, support team reviewed provided documents faster than most of the AML teams. After 2-3 days my money was unrestricted and I have access to them. Thank you for fast and adequate reaction.

I have a Loan, and i need to have my summary overview. - cant see how much i still need to pay, doesnt show how much i already paid, i emaild no reaction. I called i have been waiting twice for 10min to then be hanged up on. this are some scammers? I dont get any reaction or help. I need this overview so i can go to a other bank and get the help i need!

several times locked my account and withdrawal was impossible justifying that it is due to regulations, moneylaundring etc...I am very disappointed!

fishing site scam of the worst kind.. luring you of sharing your private stuff like bankstatements, pasports etc in exchange for a loan, that if youre short with money something you could fall for.. then the loan is rejected but they KNOW EVERYTHING for you, another red flag is they are based in Letland or Estland.. BE WARE!!! your data is unsafe with them

10 years with them, and since a few years only go and grow account, which is simple and easy. Never had poblems with withdrawing and investing money. What you see is what you get. 6% is good return, although 6,75% a year ago was better. But of course, I understand there is a business model that has to work for tem and us. Good work untill now, up for another ten years.

I like bondora, its trustful. Unfortunately it's not possible to have more than one account for different goals like before.

I was sceptical in the beginning, but I got surprised, how easy and smooth everything is working. Adding money takes about 5 minutes. Returns are added to your balance daily. You always see how much money you have in the account!

the ROI is much lower than promised, even after 5 years of investment. The result this year is negative instead of 6%. I am trying to exit since 3 years, step by step. if you go in the secondary market and sell the credits, you will lose even more.

Estoy intentando pagar un crédito que debo, me mandan un mensaje automatizado a una pregunta que hago me indica una cantidad y en la aplicación otra. Intento que me den un número de cuenta y una credibilidad de fin de pago y solo me ha contestado una vez un robot

Soy inversor en Bondora desde hace un par de años y llevo dos semanas intentando retirar un dinero invertido y en la interface ha desaparecido esta opción, llevo tres intentos de contactar con atención al cliente sin respuesta alguna. Este tema es muy preocupante. Edito esta opinión Finalmente se puso en contacto conmigo el servicio de atención al cliente, no sé si como consecuencia de esta publicación, y quedó solucionado el asunto, pero es lamentable el retraso en la respuesta.

Son usureros Tened mucho cuidado Tuve juicio con ellos y juez me dio la razón Ahora me anotan en badexcoug Tengo otro juicio con ellos donde les reclamo 10000€ por la inscripción Ojo con esta gente

Después de varios años he decidido retirar todo el dinero invertido ya que en el 2023 tuve pérdidas por préstamos fallidos y por tanto no sale rentable con los pingües beneficios de los intereses que recibes.

Meti mi dinero en Bondora por los bonos que estaban dando en ese momento, 3 meses después lo he necesitado y lo he sacado. Me lo han ingresado al momento y siendo Domingo. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%
