Mauvais expérience avec le service client malheureusement. Je me suis fait avoir par un influenceur qui a posté son code en indiquant qu'on recevrait 40€ en bonus après avoir investi 10€ ce qui est totalement faux d'après le service client. Cependant ils n'ont rien voulu savoir, même pas voulu m'appliquer le parrainage normal (25€ pour 50€ investis). Je leur ai proposé de m'indiquer combien de devrais remettre pour obtenir une récompense. Ils ont refusé et m'ont dit que ce n'était plus possible une fois inscrit. J'investis des dizaines de milliers d'euros dans le P2P sur différentes plateformes et je dois dire que c'est la pire impression que j'ai eu jusqu'à maintenant. Fuyez

Non-transparent company I wanted to open an account here and I was not answered to basic and fundamental questions regarding performance history, they do not even show examples of possible investments, before they verify you very obstructively and pull personal data and the answers from the company management are very demagogic.. Why do such companies actually work if they do not care about customers, only for small investors to deposit their money and then do not care about them?! And how can the supervisory authorities allow such things - simply a farce under the EU flag when regulation and supervision are useless in practice and only obstruct ordinary people!

Todo bien por ahora. He invertido una pequeña cantidad de dinero e iré invirtiendo más cuando vea los resultados, ya que hay que tener paciencia al no tener un plazo fijado de reembolso.

Por el momento todo perfecto, si siguen así tendrán un gran futuro. Es una de mis plataformas favoritas

I work in a similar business in Latvia with the purchase of real estate at auctions, but I personally go through the entire cycle from the moment of purchase to the sale. I simply invest in the Indemo platform and wait for the return. Of course, I am aware that the pace of real estate sales is not always fast and we have to be patient. Information about projects is relatively understandable. The Indemo team is responsive.

The platform is modern and regulated. The staff and the CEO are very active in their Telegram group, the communication is great. The investment itself is a very interesting niche which is highly uncorrelated to usual investments like stock ETFs which makes it interesting to invest in to diversify a portfolio.

The numbers of my return are not consistent, they are changing. There is no return every month, more every 6 months as well, so no consistent Cashflow possible.

Indemo covers a unique investment niche, making available defaulted real estate loans in Spain. The platform is well run, communicates very well (join the telegram group) and the first objects have paid out above the target return of 15% p.a.

I really liked most of my experience with Indemo. The only big downside for me is, that the Indemo website is really slow and sometimes even doesn't respond at all. I tried it with different browsers at different days for weeks, but to no avail. I don't know if it is a problem with my ISP (Telekom Germany), but it is nearly unusable and I don't have that problem with any other website.

Nice user interface, good comunications from platform. Good returns, but unpredictable. You may need to be ready to wait several years.

Easy to use.

The concept still needs to prove itself in the long run. But so far, the platform works well, first profits have been made, and communication is very proactive and open.

For now , it looks like a good company . Let’s see how things work out in few years

Einer der schrecklichsten Kundenservices, die ich je erlebt habe. Es gibt eine Option für einen Chat mit einem Mitarbeiter, bei dem angezeigt wird, dass Antworten in der Regel etwa 6 Stunden dauern. Wenn ich sie über WhatsApp kontaktiere, antworten sie einmal in ein paar Tagen. Was noch schockierender ist, ist, dass sie auf der gesamten Website damit werben, dass jeder Erwachsene mit Dokumenten aus einem EU- Mitgliedstaat investieren kann. Mir wurde jedoch die Registrierung abgelehnt, da meine Dokumente bulgarisch sind (EU-Land). Ich habe auf vielen Plattformen investiert, und dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich mit einem solchen Problem konfrontiert wurde.

Indemo is one out of 4 P2P platforms I am using. What I can say so far is: The platform is reliable and the team seems motivated. They got an interesting business model. A great plus is that the platform's income is from the same source as the investor's income, so there is a common interest that things work out as advertised. Returns? So far so good, but in order to reliable judge that we need to wait for long term results. This lies in the nature of their business.

Interesting new way of investing in NPLs. My deposit arrived to my account swiftly. The website was easy to navigate. Everything looks good for now - looking forward for good returns.

Was man deutlich merkt: die Macher hinter der Plattform sind mit Herzblut bei der Sache und sehen das als ihr "Baby". Das Verhältnis zu den Investoren wird gepflegt, auf Rückmeldungen wird eingegangen und die Weiterentwicklung der Plattform wird an uns Investoren ausgerichtet. Die bisherige Kritik anderer User am fehlenden konstanten cash-flow relativiert sich mit der Anzahl von Projekten in die man investiert, der Anlauf der Plattform ist auch noch nicht so lange her.

Expérience fluide sur Indemo. J'y investis depuis presque 1 an. Les rendements sont très intéressants pour le moment (>20%) et liés à des actifs immobiliers en Espagne. Très facile d'utilisation et dashboard bien fait.

So far so good. Great opportunity to earn interest. They do what they promise.

Eine tolle Plattform wo weiterhin sich sehr bemüht alles noch besser zu machen. Man bekommt sehr schnell Antworten auf seine Fragen. Auch wenn das Unternehmen erst jung ist sind sie im P2P Segment hervorzuheben.

In indemo, you invest in notes with different discounted debt assets with different levels of maturity. I received my first repayment with a 36% yearly return after 2-3 months for an asset which was in the latest stage for recovery. It is a very high return, but it is too soon to say what the other assets will do. This is a very young company, barely more than a year, so the risk/reward ratio is justified. I like that they keep bringing improvements to the platform and I think they have a very unique investment product. But be aware in case this changes in a few years: do your own research, do not take my word.

Invested a 4 figure sum to check this out. So far, have invested in 14 assets (9 notes) and 3 have already paid out. Checked how quickly 1000 eur was returned, it took them 20-30 minutes (this was done during business hours). So overall, good experience. Good parts: - Withdrawing money was done quickly; - Clear visibility of how far each asset is into the process, gives you some indication of turnaround times. Improvements needed: - All notes state 15.1% return, which is not entirely correct. Really depends how quickly they settle and sell that property. So far my returns have been better, however I still have 14 assets from 17 which if take more than a year, could have lower returns. - Secondary market - non-existent, so deposit and forget up to 2 years. Liquidity is an issue.
