Investmentmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Attraktive Zinssätze. Tolle Cashbackaktionen- wobei man den Cashback sofort wieder investieren muss. Als Hauptproblem empfinde ich die nicht vorhandene Liquidität meiner Investitionen. Es gibt keinen Zweitmarkt oder Buyback. Leider weiß man bei keiner Investition wie lange es bis zum Verkauf dauert.

The platform is ok and intuitive enough, however I really miss not having some kind of forecast with dates. The stage lines are useful to see overall progress, but many months go by with absolutely no updates whatsoever. The investor has no idea, albeit approximate, of when an asset will reach complete resolution.

While there is basic property info, there is a complete lack of progress updates. A full year has passed without any asset movement or a single word on development. Providing a brief update on actions done shouldn't be this difficult. If this continues, I will have no choice but to withdraw from the project.

A complete waste of time. Indemo had me jump through hoops, providing sensitive personal documents and "extra info," only to reject my application with a generic "internal policy" excuse. If I weren't eligible, that should have been clear before they collected my private data. Avoid if you value your privacy and your time.

Awful experience. I am in the process of extending my work permit in Germany but Indemo have suspended my account until I provide a copy of the work permit card - but this can take many months to get. They do not accept my passport and Fiktionsbescheinigung as proof of ID, despite this being accepted at border control and other financial services I used. Also customer support just ignores emails. Do not trust your money with this joke company!

Ewerything is going smoth, but the returns still have to wish better. I understand the meaning of time in such kind of investments, but the reall returns still are to small.

After a bit more then a year (15 months) I am still happy with the platform. I am a small and cautious investor, so no big sums of money. I have made 3 separate deposits which came through smoothly in a few days. I have invested in roughly 25 assets (DDIs) and roughly 1/5th of them have paid back with 15% to 18% yield. You have to be patient! It is a very illiquid investment, which I knew in advance so no problemo for me. I am hoping to invest more in the future.

Bisher seit gut 15 Monaten mit 20K dabei. Allerdings! Es gab erst knapp 3% der Summe an Rückzahlung. Diese jedoch mit gut 15% Zins. Also sollte man mit mind. 2 Jahren Wartezeit rechen ( evtl. auch 3 Jahre) und sein Geld nicht benötigen..

J'ai essayé la plateforme mais l'on ne peut voir aucun détail ni comment ça fonctionne avant de vérifier son identité ET donner son numéro d'identification des impots. C'est extremement intrusif sans avoir même vu les possibilités d'investissement. Ensuite, il y a un choix extremement limité sur la plateforme. Enfin, j'ai demandé la suppression de mes données et de mon compte et je n'ai pas eu de retour.

Within 7 month, only one file produced interests despite having invested in 40 files. Some files havent moved at all in all that time!

Hello. I have been investing in this platform since last year. I am satisfied with the initial results. It is important to understand that investments are frozen for 2-3 years. Sometimes even shorter. So far, my expectations have been met. I recommend it.

I find the journey very long, very boring. I have invest on several assets (42), several notes (24) for 23 K€. And only 2 were sold. An to get 27.36 € profit ! For the moment i have stopped all my invest on indemo and wait & see. Depending on what i will get and the time to get it, i will stop definitely or i will go on

Llevo varios meses invertido y el proceso es lento pero seguro. Hay que esperar para ver los beneficios, ser paciente. La información es muy clara y detallan cada paso en el que se encuentra el proyecto.
