Una experiencia desigual

La gestión del dinero en los fondos y la ETF me parece digna de elogio a día de hoy. Negativo es que detectado un fallo lo comunicas, parece que se hace caso, pero no es así. El error no se arregla y queda como una mancha que baja la credibilidad. Por mi parte si se subsanara uno que ya he explicado dos veces sin resultado crecería mi confianza hasta las 5 estrellas

me gusta bastante esta aplicación, el único y pequeño pero que veo es que tardan demasiado en reinvertir o fijan una cantidad mínima para reinvertir, es tiempo y dinero perdido pero por lo demás muy bien

Ridiculous business practices

Ridiculous that you send an email communicating a "monthly inactivity fee" without ANY explanation what that means for someone like me who hasn't used Mintos for YEARS. Absolutely ridiculous practice! I wish to never have anything to do with Mintos again.

At Mintos

At Mintos, you can literaly start investing within minutes, everything is digital. However, when you need to handle a heritance of an investor, all digital mindset is gone. You have to pay hundreds of Euro's to translate normal country based docurments to English and have to send all documents fysically, a process of months. Once you do have confirmation that everything is correct and I am confirmed the rightfull heir with power of attorny, you do not get actual control and there is no policy or proces in place how to handle this. I literally have to wait DECADES untill all loans are repaid in full before I have all the money back from my deceased relative. So, all users, please be aware that in case of the worst, your heirs might have to wait DECADES to get the money and have to pay extra hundred's of euro's on top of normal local documentation. I am withdrawing in total form Mintos platsform, I do not want to bring this burden to my kids dispite the short term gains of this.

Básicamente el paraíso para rentabilidad tus ahorros. Zero pegas.

Desde hace un par de actualizaciones la app no mantiene credenciales de inicio de sesion. Cada vez pide user y pwd aunque tengas configurado acceso biometrico

Muy buena empresa para realizar inversiones, su principal activo son los préstamos a entidades, que s mí me funcionan muy bien con muy buena rentabilidad. Además también tienen unos Bonos que estan funcionando bien.

Ottimo, con qualche pecca...

Piattaforma molto affidabile e puntuale nei pagamenti... un po' caotico il layout, con dei percorsi inutili e "paralleli" nel menu, che portano comunque allo stesso risultato di ricerca. Purtroppo non è più leader a livello di interessi. Ottimo il sistema di diversificazione, ma poco chiari i calcoli relativi agli investimenti e alle restituzioni sul mercato secondario.

I like the web interface, the site is fast and responsive and helpful. It is very easy to navigate and there is help on many areas. The app needs some work to be better. It's a bit funny that when you navigate inside the app it ends up opening a website on your mobile phone's browser to be able to browser offers.
