I've been investing on this platform from day one. Up until now, there haven't been any delays with projects, and their business model seems really solid to me. The interest rates are decent, and there's no money sitting idle at the moment. Just like with all crowdfunding platforms, this review is based on the current situation and things can change quickly. Take Reinvest24 as a cautionary tale, for instance.

Been investing with Crowdpear for almost a year. Payments so far have been on time with a number of projects fully repaid. Bonuses and cashbacks have been credited without any delay. I was a bit reluctant to invest in property crowdlending after the experience with other Baltic property crowdlending platforms. But, compared to these other platforms which have been plauged by delays and who charge excessive fees, Crowdpear have proven to be a reliable platform and a breath of fresh air. Support is also amazing. Dealing with Rita is a pleasure. Always gave me clear answers to my questions and was very responsive. You get answers in a matter of minutes (even on weekends!) not days later.

When you apply for an account they ask for a bank statement. So I've sent them a bank statement. Then I receive an answer to that mail, asking to supply a bank statement. So any chance I trust these people with my money? No way, not even one cent.
Muito mau, inscrevi-me na plataforma a convite de um amigo através do programa invite a friend em que teria direito a 25€ de prémio no meu primeiro investimento de 100€. Fiz tudo o pedido para verificar a conta e fiz o primeiro investimento de 100€. Achei a plataforma interessante e com taxas atrativas e tinha intenção de continuar a investir. Passado uns dias do investimento não recebi o bónus de 25€ que tinha sido acordado, quando reparei que tinham alterado as condições do bónus e que já não me iam pagar o bónus a que tinha direito mesmo tento alterado depois da minha inscrição. Acho que revela pouca credibilidade na empresa e levantou-me o alerta que se fazem isto com um bónus também podem fazer o mesmo com pagamentos e afins. Vou retirar o meu dinheiro da plataforma o mais rápido possível e não quer ter nenhuma ligação com esta empresa. Estava a pensar mesmo investir lá, mas assim não há condições para manter confiança dos clientes.

So far I am extremely satisfy with real-estate reports and communication, also all loans are on time. Do not trust people complaining about the referral program issues, they tried to scam the platform and now that are busted and angry. Start with some amounts and see for yourself the quality of Aventus in CrowdPear.

The CrowdPear platform is managed by the same professional team as the marketplace platform Peerberry. I have been an investor on the platform Peerberry for about 4 years. During this time, my investment was handled very diligently and according to the agreed terms. Every withdrawal was honored within 1 business day. Some of my investments were affected by the war between Russia and Ukraine, but these investments are covered by the group guarantee and are paid back according to a communated plan. I am very satisfied with this handling. So I have the same confidence and trust in the platform CrowdPear. Until now everything goes smoothly and as expected.
I registered on the platform at the invitation of a friend to qualify for the membership campaign, which would be €25 if I invested €100 and maintained it for 7 days. I did everything according to the terms and conditions, from one day to the next they decided to change the terms and conditions of the bonus and now they say that I am not entitled to this bonus... I would be interested in keeping my money there and starting to invest in the platform and with this I completely changed my opinion and I don't want to have my money on the platform... because if they change the terms and conditions as they please, I don't want to imagine what what they can do with my money on the platform... that's why I don't recommend anyone opening an account on the platform or investing
Zelfde team als Peerberry. Dan verwacht ik dat het goed zit. Een half jaar geleden begonnen met investeren en voorlopig ziet het er prima uit. Beperkte investeringen mogelijk. alleen Litouwen. Hopelijk groeien ze gestaag en worden meerdere opties aangeboden.
From the Peeberry team, you have this real estate regulated platform. There's some bonuses in top of regular rates and an ongoing support in social media. E.g. telegram support channel Results are shared and customers educated and clarified online. I've witnessed the platform since it's launch and so far, so good. Recommended.
Smooth start of the platform, I am pleasantly surprised. I have joined just recently but until now everything seems to be great. Waiting for first payments and more new projects which are btw with good terms and average interest ~11%. Gracias

Crowdpear is owned by Peerberry, which is my favorit crowdlending platform. AND it is regulated, which makes it more safe. Their website is very manageable.
This is my third RE platform. I had very bad experience with estateguru, so now I am starting with caution. The team is well known with Peerberry, so this is the reason to start. The bad... the platform withholds 15% tax of your income, but you could reduce it by providing certificate from your local tax authority. Time for update: secondary market was started a few weeks ago: to be honest... I do not like it due to high service fee - 2%. It should be 0 or max 0.5%(see robocash and esketit), to make the market liquid.
