All good till now

Bij Indemo, net als vergelijkbare online aanbieders van dergelijke diensten, ben je letterlijk binnen enkele minuiten in staat te gaan beleggen. In mijn geval ben ik erfgenaam en probeer ik het geld van de overledene te krijgen. Hiervoor is Indemo NIET opgewassen. Opeens gaat niks meer digitaal, moet je officiele documenten fysiek naar het buitenland sturen, in het engels. Dus normale nederlandse documenten zijn niet geaccepteerd. Ik ben inmiddels bijna 6 maand bezig, alles opgestuurd maar nog geen uitsluitsel. DUS, LET OP, als je investeerd, weet dan dat in het ergste geval je erfgenamen HEEL VEEL tijd en moeite zullen hebben om je eigen geld weer terug te krijgen. Zeer matig.

Erg overzichtelijke site. Alle stappen van schuld tot veiling en verkoop zijn zichtbaar. Mooie rendementen tot nu toe bij mijn voorgangers. Vaak rond de 17%. Het duurt even voordat je iets terugziet qua rendement, maar de enorme cashback promotie is al binnen en direct herinvesteerd.

Das Konzept ist relativ interessant, aber wenn man in die Nähe von 10.000 Euro kommt, wird akribisch nachgeforscht woher das Geld kommt. Man Möchte wissen: 1) Quelle des Geldes 2) Umsätze am Bankkonto 3) Was man beruflich macht CV 4) ... Wenn man nicht mitspielt wird der Account gesperrt und man hat keinen Zugriff mehr. Vorgeschlagen wird dies per nicht verschlüsselter email an Indemo zu übermitteln. Viele Daten, die jedoch entsprechend geschützt gehören. Soweit traue ich Indemo nicht, dass diese nur für KYC verwendet werden und nicht vielleicht woanders wieder zu finden sind oder für Marketingzwecke weiterverwendet werden...

When I did first investment , instantly became 3 percent return, that I invested too. And that's it- no more cash flows in one year

Great platform so far

I like that there is an opportunity to invest in minimum amounts, starting from 10 euros. Otherwise, I would hardly invest in recovery loans (projects) that have already failed once... I would also not choose this platform because the same pledged assets are repeated in different projects (notes), i.e. for example, I have invested in 23 loans, and I have 54 assets, which means that when investing in two different loans, I invest in the same assets, in different proportions. True, the proportions of the invested amount are selected automatically. Apparently, where the money is most lacking.. (I don't like this). This platform is suitable for short-term investments, but definitely not for long-term stable investments with consistent returns. I think it would be too risky.

Great start. Sold my first assets with a return of 16-21%. I will return with at 5 star rating if this continues.

I’ve been investing with Indemo for a few months now and I’m very satisfied with the experience so far. The platform is easy to use, the information about each project is clear and detailed, and the fact that investments are backed by real assets (mainly real estate) gives me peace of mind. Customer support is responsive and helpful, and I appreciate their transparency regarding risks and borrower profiles. Returns are in line with expectations and the auto-invest feature makes diversification simple.

Good experience on the platform, transparent communication but it takes a while for the return to show and my first return is lower than expected... (only about 4%). The properties you invest in are very well documented but it's unclear to me how the return is calculated.

Its nice and user friendly aplication. Thats good, but still confused how platform making selection of objects to invest. For ex. invested two times to same object on diferent lots, but its still 0.00€ invested to it. If there is 8 objects in a lot why its not deviding the same amount of money to each abject. Investment to one object wlould be nice feature, at least for manual investments. Thats all. Best wishes, keep going!

I am satisfied with my Indemo user experience so far, but there is still room for improvements - therefore only 4 of 5 stars. For example, I still cannot scoll down to see the lower part of the product page for individual notes. Instead I have to downsize the webpage to 50% to see all real estate objects included the note. For better diversification it would also be helpful to have a better overview / comparison of already invested vs. new notes, particularly since many notes invest in the same objects. Adding new notes to a portfolio does not neccessarily mean more diversification under these cirumstances. Finally, it remains to be seen, when and how the outstanding notes will eventually be repaid.

Indemo gives opportunity to invest into real estate with high interest rate. It takes time for investment to be repaid, but it's expected. I'm slightly struggling with autoinvest - it does not allow me to set it up, but I'm not sure why yet. Website is very user-friendly. There could be a mobile app too, but unfortunately not yet.

Tengo un tiempo invertiendo y hasta hoy todo ok. No tengo ninguna queja. Espero que sigue funcionando. Me gusta la plataforma .

After signing up, first they have let me wait 2 weeks for the verification of my account. Then they sent me an email saying they reject my application "due to internal policy". Subsequently, no further requests were responded to. They dont seem to need investors. I recommend investing your funds on other platforms.
