The only reason I am not giving 5 star is delayed loans. The majority is related to Russian and Ucranian markets though. The app is constantly updated and there is a large selection of bonds to Invest on, directly or through automated strategies. Also ETF and real estate are available. Really user friendly, free, and easy way to Invest.

Some of my investments went bad and they have been recovering for years already, and the end date keeps getting further away. -They claim loans are repaid from oldest to newest due, but will not give information regarding where you are on this supposed list. -They provide no proof to indicate they are not holding the funds for interest. -If the repayments stop, then you receive nothing. Incredibly suspicious to not provide a list of repayments with this information.

Nella mia esperienza ho riscontrato che quest'azienda non accredita nessun ritiro di denaro e quindi rappresenta una perdita enorme di ogni quota di denaro che si inserisce nella piattaforma.

Hallo zusammen, ich bin seit einem Jahr bei Mintos investiert und kann bisher nur Positives berichten. Das Investmentangebot ist sehr vielfältig und deckt viele unterschiedliche Wünsche und Strategien der Anleger ab. Ein- und Auszahlungen funktionieren schnell, zuverlässig und reibungslos. Kurz und knapp: Bis jetzt habe ich keinerlei negative Erfahrungen gemacht.

atención al cliente deficiente,casi nula!!!Llevo más de 4 días esperando recibir el dinero de los ETF vendidos y sigo sin ver el dinero.La att.al cliente es pura máquina,dejándote cara tonto y con el problema. voy a retirar todo el dinero y a eliminar está app de inmediato. Hay que ser profesionales con el dinero de las personas y no jugar a vuestro antojo. 0% recomendado como broker

Decepcionada

Hace un año que estoy invertida en Mintos y en general no me he llevado muy buena experiencia. Por algún motivo a mi nunca me ha dejado auto-invertir escogiendo las características lo que me ha obligado a usar uno de sus cores - eso hace que tengas muy mala liquidez. He decidido quitar todo mi capital poco a poco y optar por mejores opciones. La app funciona bien.

Inwestowanie jest bardzo ryzykowne, można stracić dużo i nie dostać żadnej konkretnej informacji ani zwrotu. Tak się stało w moim przypadku. Kilka tysięcy euro stracone od 2020 roku, Mintos przelewa śmieszne kwoty raz na jakiś czas. Szkoda na nich czasu i energii.

Inaktivitätsgebühr als Abzocke

Ich habe die Plattform vor einigen Jahren getestet und war nicht zufrieden mit dem Risiko-Rendite-Aufwand-Profil der Anlageklasse (Keine Kritik an Mintos an dieser Stelle, die kommt jetzt). Habe daher meine Investitionen auslaufen lassen und warte seit etwa 2 Jahren (vermutlich noch 4 weitere :D) auf die möglichen Rückforderungen ausgefallener/verzögerter Kredite. Entsprechend gucke ich nur sporadisch rein. Bei der letzten Prüfung habe ich dann gesehen, dass erfreulicherweise etwa 20€ vor 3 Monaten zurückkamen (erfreulich:)), von denen 2 Monate die Inaktivitätsgebühr direkt abgezogen wurde. Ich hätte es natürlich verhindern können, in dem ich direkt das Geld abgehoben hätte, dann hätte ich 1 Jahr lang wieder einen Aktivstatus erhalten. Das ist natürlich einfach lächerlich und Abzocke, da man ja nicht weiß wann Geld kommt (vorher kann man ja nix abheben ;)) und man nicht jeden Tag reinguckt und die AGBs verfolgt. Auch auf Nachfrage und den Hinweis, dass es keinen Sinn macht aufgelaufenes Geld bereits 1 Monat später nahezu komplett durch eine Inaktivitätsgebühr zu belasten, kam nur eine generische Antwort mit Verweis auf die AGB's. Auf meine Anfrage bezüglich Erstattung auf Kulanz wurde ebenfalls nicht eingegangen. Eine seriöse Firma, die auf Kundenzufriedenheit aus ist, würde Rückerstattung direkt auf ein hinterlegtes Konto überweisen und nicht versuchen 4,90€ pro Monat von den Rückzahlungen ausgefallener Krediten einzuheimsen. Es wirkt, als will man kalkuliert Geld mit denen machen, die eh bereits abgesprungen sind. Liebes Mintos Team, ich bezweifle, dass ein entsprechender Kundenumgang Zukunft hat.

Mintos mérite sa note de 4/5 pour sa simplicité et ses rendements attractifs autour de 10-12 %. Pour une diversification accrue en Europe, j'intègre également une plateforme suisse régulée comme Maclear, spécialisée dans le crowdlending aux entreprises avec garanties réelles et fonds de provision.

I had an extremely negative experience…

I had an extremely negative experience working with this company. Their decisions and management practices had a severe and lasting impact on my business, ultimately damaging our financial standing and wiping out much of the equity we had built over time. Communication was inconsistent, expectations were unclear, and key responsibilities were handled with a level of carelessness that directly affected our operations. Despite multiple attempts to resolve issues, we never received the support or accountability we expected from a professional partner. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable or responsible relationship.

Mostly a scam. For any amount of money that will disappear from your account, the platform will just use fake reasons as a cover up. Do not recommend after 5 years experience

Confiabilidad, seriedad, rigor...y bastante liquidez, pues a la hora de recuperar el capital me ha resultado bastante sencillo y relativamente rápido (algo que en otras plataformas no ocurre).

Fast execution orders

Fast execution orders, good evidence of individual portfolio. Improovments : date of scheduled interests dissapeared until new platform update .It passed two months since then. For bond backed securities was eliminated info regarding next payment ammount.I don't understand why? I wish to analize posibility to reinstall this status.Thank you

Ich bin seit mehreren Jahren bei Mintos und schätze die Stabilität. Seit der Umstellung auf MiFID II ist die Plattform deutlich professioneller geworden. Wenn man jedoch höhere Renditen sucht, sollte man sich nach Alternativen umsehen. Maclear und Debitum bieten höhere Zinsen, da die Projekte dort durch Vermögenswerte abgesichert sind. Mintos nutze ich als „sicheren Hafen“ in meinem Portfolio – zuverlässig, ruhig und vorhersehbar.

La experiencia ha sido bastante decepcionante.... hice una prueba depositando cierto capital para préstamos. Supuestamente me han venido devengando un poco más del 10% anualizado, pero a mi no me salen las cuentas. Para colmo, he empezado a descapitalizar y tienes que ir esperando a que te permita desinvertir... el 60% aprox. lo puedes retirar casi de inmediato, el resto, hasta que no venzan los prestamos o se vayan recolocando, no los puedes liquidar... inverosímil. No invierto más aqui

Estable y confiable, pero con menor rendimiento

Mintos fue mi primera experiencia en P2P, y estoy agradecido porque me ayudó a entender cómo funciona todo. Pero el mercado ha avanzado: nuevas plataformas como Maclear o Debitum ofrecen más rentabilidad y transparencia. Aun así, Mintos mantiene su estabilidad y confianza; he dejado allí parte de mi cartera, solo que ya no espero rendimientos “wow”. Es una buena opción para quienes valoran la previsibilidad más que la emoción.
